The Corporate regulations necessitates a bi-cameral governance of Yaqeen whereby the Members of the Board are honorary and therefore other than the current chairman executive they hold positions outside Yaqeen and Yaqeen is basically managed by the Salary Executive team comprising of; the front line academic senior directors

Academic Segments: There are five academic segments headed by respective Senior Directors;

  a- Cambridge and Ed-excel Education; O' and A' Level
  b- Matric Education
  c- Dual Qualification - A' Level and Dars-E-Nizami

Support Functions: There are seven Support Functions;
- Finance and Human Resource
- Internal Audit
- Operations, Recurrent. Publications, Security, Common Services, distribution and Student
  Transportation
- Educational Development, Teachers training and Academic Audit
- Marketing and Graphic Services
- Technology and Data Center operations
- System Support and Infra structure

Sharia'ah Compliance: Sharia'ah Compliance and strictly ingrained throughout the Yaqeen System naturally causing compliance with Sharia'ah for the staff and students- male and female and separate schools throughout the system for boys and girls.

Corporate Best Practices: Yaqeen complies with the laws, regulations and corporate governance code throughout its system.

Overall Governance: Yaqeen is governed independently by a Board of Directors elected in accordance with the Company law and Board of Directors' Policies are implemented by the Chief Executive together with the executives of the respective functions.
Internally, through a net of governance and staring committees empowered and accountable.
